How to put overseas work experience locations on resume?

Hi Monkeys,

I had a few overseas work experience on my investment banking resumes like KPMG London, EY LA and Deloitte Beijing, and I'm sure (almost) everyone knows where they are. But just wonder what is the formal and preferred format to put those locations on the resume which is for Australian employers?

I currently put something like "London, United Kingdom", "Los Angeles, California, United States" and "Beijing, China", but would you abbreviate names of countries instead like the UK, US and CN and omit names of states or provinces like California or CA?

Also, when writing Australian stuff, like education, experience and my current address, should I include Australia or AU or AUS as well?

Many thank.
