How to reword this
I would like to figure a way to reword this line: "Provides assistance to other teams when other Admins. are out of the office"
but reword it somehow saying that I take on their job responsibilities when a staff member is out

In that same bullet, you might include either the specific teams you've assisted or the job functions you assumed. Otherwise it's too vague.
