How to showcase deal experience?

Currently in the middle of my sophomore year internship at a Lower MM IB Boutique. I have been fortunate enough to be able to get a wide range of experience across many different active deals and inactive projects. Most of my work is on the research side, not really doing any modeling/valuation work, as we have a transaction advisory services arm that does most of that for us, or the PE firms we’re working with will just handle their own due diligence.

I was wondering how to showcase deal experience on my resume? Also how do actual IB analysts portray deal experience when recruiting for HF/PE etc. I have a SA27 Gig as well, but I am planning on recruiting for FT roles next year.

Would appreciate any feedback here, thanks!
