How would I add "advised against acquisition" on my resume ?

I’m doing a finance internship at a non-financial company, and one of my first projects was advising them on whether or not they should acquire another company. The company ended up generating all of its revenue through government contracts and had no assets, so its value was literally just the payouts from those contracts, which my company could secure on its own. I think it’s a great thing to put on my resume, but I’m not sure how to phrase it beyond 'advised against acquisition.' Any thoughts?
