HYP sophomore looking for HF/PE/IB internship resume

I'm a sophomore at HYP looking for an internship for next summer. My tentative plan is to apply to the jobs I qualify for on the school's career center website. Depending on the response I may also cold email a bunch of funds/firms. Does my resume have any glaring weaknesses? Are there areas that should be touched up? Also, is my plan for getting hired stupid? Appreciate the help.
