I need advice on post qualification options please

Hello,

I just graduated with an undergraduate degree in Banking and Finance (Hons BSc) and I'm planning on registering for a couple of post qualification courses before I start working.

I'm planning on taking the CFA level 1. However the institution that is available to me will start classes for the course in November.

I'm planning on taking one other post qualification course before then. I have hopes of one day working in the field of Equity Research and I would just like to know if it correlates well with my aspired career choice.

The institute offers courses in ACI Dealing Certification and ACI Operations Certification. They both will commence before the start of the CFA level 1 course. I have an option to do one of the courses before I start working on the CFA level 1.

Does ACI Dealing Certification and/or ACI Operations Certification correlate well with someone inspiring to work in Equity Research?

Thank you Faisal
