Including future role on resume
Hi,
Is it appropriate to capture a future role on my resume? Until know I did 3 internships, 2 of which are not finance-related (consulting) and one in smaller boutique. I am starting internship at MM (August-February) and want to secure 2025 off-cycle / SA role in BB/EB before the start. Should I even apply now, or wait at least a few months?
What my friends and I did was put 'Incoming 2024 Summer Analyst/Intern at XYZ' during recruiting season this January/February. I feel like that's expected if you're recruiting for SA 2025 roles.
