Including Picture on Resume - IB MENA
Hello monkeys,
I am a newcomer here and I want to ask about resumes for Investment banking in the Middle East (specifically the UAE).
Should I include a picture on my resume? I know generally in the Middle East you should add your picture but I wasn't sure about it for IB, specifically for international banks (think BB, EB, and MM).

I work in BB/EB MENA coverage and have never seen a CV with a picture
