Is listing the school I transferred from hurting my prospects? (also general review)

Note this is the resume template I send to job postings for ATS/keyword and job description matching (both SKILLS and PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY are tailored every application) and is not designed for when I send my resume to contacts. **Please do not critique those sections (i can financial model, excel data management, negotiate, etc etc) *

The issue

Bachelors in economics Graduated in january from non target, GPA not worthy to list, no luck so far Is listing the particular school I transferred from hurting my prospects? A quick google search of Hillsdale College comes up as a small private conservative/christian school

I am applying to AM, PE, IB, RE, Supply chain, corp finance, consulting and tech operations jobs. Am I being dinged for this?

Also, can I get a general review? I had to pay my way through school hence the sizeable EXPERIENCE section. Project management for family construction/realestate company, COO (listed as Head of Operations) for a small tech company that I left after discovering fraud by CEO, analyst in University investment group, and had my own practice for tutoring and business writing at multiple universities

University names left on resume.

Thank you for any and all help/advice
