Issue with Resume Title
Hey guys.
Going through the background check process right now and one of my titles in the past got flagged. I'm assuming it was because my freshman year, I worked at a local hedge fund and my official title for the summer was Hedge Fund Operational Intern. I changed it to Hedge Fund Summer Analyst on my resume. Thing is, I did no 'operations' work and my job aligned more closely with what the hedge fund analysts were doing.
From reading past posts, I doubt this will be an issue as I can easily justify the change, but is there anything else I should be considering in the meantime?
