Actually, it doesn't look bad. You've pretty much got everything in place that a junior should and the format is a tried and tested one. I'd say you're good to go.
Yeah you're pretty solid. It'd be nice if you could show some sort of campus extracurricular involvement, I know you have club soccer listed as an interest but hopefully you've had the opportunity to be in a leadership position in some club or whatever at school.
