Remove all personal pronouns, which basically means rewrite everything
Thanks, it does read a bit silly.
This reads like a third graders "What I did this summer" paper...
It looks like you've got some good experience. As has been mentioned, take out all personal pronouns (No "I" or "we" etc). Also, don't do bullets with sub-bullets
