Junior Resume - Harsh Criticism Welcomed!

Target junior looking for MBB/IBD SA. Please be harsh :) I've attached two versions for your consideration - one I've seen used by many MBAs (First Last) and the second is more M&I (First Last 1).

I am also wondering if I should keep the startup experience for MBB recruiting and remove it for IBD - any suggestions?

Thanks!

The only thing I'd recommend is changing all your verbs to past tense.

Otherwise, one of the better resumes I've seen on WSO. Good luck.
