Letter of Recommendation - No idea what to say

Hey,

I was asked to write my own letter of recommendation and my boss would review and sign it. I was excited at first because I figured I would get to make myself look amazing. However, now that I have started writing it I have no idea what to say, or how far to go with the whole 'praising' myself thing.

I know that LOR are often ghostwritten and then the person will sign off on it, however is this a common practice in banking?

Any suggestions?

Thanks!
