Listed informal business I created on my resume. Will I be dinged on background check?

I created a small "business" in college to donate money to kids at my high school.

This was just a small, informal service. There was no actual business name other than a generic service name, and it was more of something I did to raise money for people in need. I did not keep any of the proceeds or formally keep track of anything. It was more of a dumb idea that turned into a good cause.

I made the mistake of listing this as the last line item on my work experience, with the generic name and the dates I actually did this because I didn't have room to put it in another section.

Will I be dinged because they can't verify that?

This is for a BB. I've been out of undergrad for a year now but usually list it because it is a great conversation starter. For my current job, I explained what it was and was fine. I figured other banks would be more strict about this and I would fail because they wouldn't be able to verify that.

"bank-on-this"

you're telling me you couldn't move it from where it was and put it under a different heading? Would it not have taken up the same amount of space in your "extracurriculars" section?
1. sounds like you are trying to avoid taking responsibility for what now seems like a bad idea... and 2. No - unlikely anyone will dig into it on a BG check

I didn't know where else to put it. I did not have an extracurricular a section because I felt I had enough work experience to no longer need one. I did have an interests section, though. Lesson learned though.
