You need to get work experience ASAP. It is very unlikely that you will get interviews without any work experience from a non-target.
Other than that formatting looks good, but I would put your graduation date so that I know which year you are in for your degree.
dont really need high school under education, skills and interests takes up waaaay too much space in your resume, ACT Score unnecessary
take leadership roles at relevant clubs to fluff up your resume asap
