2 pages is too little. You need at least 3 pages to be considered. And your "Profile" section is insufficient. You should explain yourself more clearly and make it at least 1/2 the page in length.

Remember your profile section is the first section they read. If it's too short they will assume you were too lazy to explain your "ambitions", and your "financial expertise".

hey guys, thank for the feedback, even though its tough i appreciate it.... a few follow up questions..

Ive gotten feedback from many different people, including 2 private equity MDs (one is a top mid-market in NYC, the other an environmental fund), a recruiter from JP Morgan Chase, and a corp. fi associate at goldman, and they all said that the resume was good... I get mixed messages and im trying to figure out what to follow

I realize it is long and wordy, and I will cut down to one page....

quick questions, what do you think about being creative with the font/color? is there any sense to it?

thanks for the advice anyway, looking forward to more constructive advice

ametista, University of Rome sucks, I agree, but the women in Rome are a lot better than most top ten universities in the US, so maybe you can follow my logic. :>
