Mid Year Transfer Navigating Sophomore Internships

So basically I transferred from a low target to an Ivy League school but I will begin sophomore spring at this school. I am hoping to start the dialogue about summer internships this November/ Late October so I was considering listing "Ivy League School" with expected graduation date & major with my "original school" below with GPA. My GPA at my original school is fairly competitive (3.85+, I ranked ~15/600) but I am unsure how to list my transition to the new school on my resume since I will not have actually taken classes there when I begin searching.

What would you suggest?
