Name Dropping in cover letter
I am currently writing a CL for a BB S&T internship (London). A couple of months ago I met a senior director at the firm and got shown around the trading floor with them and was wondering what the general protocol is for name-dropping/referencing conversations with people you've networked with.
Is there a specific way in which its best done or does it sometimes come across in the wrong way?

Wondering same thing. I might mention it in an interview but I’m not sure if it’s ok for CVs
I don’t think it is an issue at all, I did it on mine. Just word it correctly.
