Need Help with my CV for spring week

Hi, I am a non-UK student who will start bocconi university this year. I am considering applying to some spring insight programs as my cv is kinda good so I want to give it a try. The problem is I dont know what to include in my cv. I know that I need to include my high school gpa but I dont know if I can include my sat score and high school entrance exam score. My sat score is 1520 and I think it can prove that my academic skills are good. Same goes for high school entrance exam. I was at 0.29 percantile at that but it might also look weird as it was 4-5 years ago. Please dont judge me for this question. I am a non-UK student and I dont study in UK so I am trying to squeze every bit I can :)
