Need some serious help. Applying for IB SA and maybe Equity Research

Hi, I'm really looking to get some critique on my resume. A couple of points:

• My GPA sucks hardcore but I'm hoping my experience can help me with that

• I know I'm missing two bullets on my job for the school pool. I don't know why but I couldn't format it right in this review version but the final version doesn't have this mistake (is it relevant for me to even keep this job on here?)

• I'm having a pretty hard time putting my summer internship into good words because most of what I did is research and I know bankers like to see numbers and results

• I didn't do much in the charity organization that I worked for, so should I bump that down?

• Most importantly, what advice do you guys have for me to improve the content of my bullets?
