Need to make my resume stand out

Hey everyone!

Here's the deal... I graduated from college last year in December with a B.A. in Marketing and Int'l Business. While I currently have a job, I still continue searching for better opportunities and submit my resume to job openings every once in a while. The problem is that I rarely receive any calls for interviews so I know it has something to do with my resume not being up to par with other applicants. Plus, I have friends in the same field (marketing), who got more calls for interviews although they have less/no work experience.

So please, let me know what can be improved to make it stand out more. I'm also having a hard time shortening it down to only one page.

The formatting came out messed up when I uploaded it, even though it looks fine on word: http://www.razume.com/documents/27464

Keep it 1 page dude, horrible formatting. There's way too much white space on there and your margins are wider than the line at the top.

Edit: Get rid of that personal objective at the top, it adds nothing to the application and wastes space/makes you look like a tool (no disrespect intended).
