No Leadership Experience?

I'm a rising junior at a non-target and I'm trying to obtain a summer internship with a Big 4 accounting firm. Just curious - what leadership positions at school do you guys have (or did you have, if you graduated) , and if you're a hiring manager, how important do you place leadership roles in school clubs? I have a 3.9 GPA and have well-rounded extra-curricular activities (I'm a junior officer at my school's Accounting Club, play intramurals, did a leadership development class) but I haven't had any big-time leadership roles like the president or treasurer of anything. Any advice or input is appreciated, thanks
