One Year Experienced Resume Review

Hi,

I am a second year big 4 consultant, currently exploring my options to switch to management consulting. Please review my resume and post any comments on how to improve what is already in the resume and what is not there.

Thank you very much.

Yeah you are right. The manager is not willing to give me a permanent position as the team lead because of my rank but when the original lead was absent for several weeks, he has no choice because I had worked on the engagement for one year more than the other seniors and I had the best idea on what is going on.

And I forgot to mention that this is also a problem that I have worked on the same engagement for more than a year. Due to my background and skill set, they are unwilling to let me leave the project. This seems like a good feedback in terms of being indispensable but it limits my experience

The engagement doesn't end?
Curious to know whether your academic background is typical for your group? I cannot imagine I am lazier than a recruiter/gatekeeper, but I just dazed reading your description of what you did. Seems too wordy and inaccessible to people outside your project.
