What do you want to do?
I'd move your CFA Level II near the top...hopefully making up for a fairly low GPA. Remove overall GPA and just have major. In Independent Investing - combine that into 3 bullets, the sub-bullets are too much. Incorporate what type of stock into the bullet. I would also add a third bullet to the mortgage job.
Several comments on skills section: Training in equity research? What does this mean? Just say Fluent in Mandarin...people know its Chinese. Don't understand the tutoring...you taught 11 kids about personal finance?...should make more clear. Think you need an s at the end of experiences in your hobbies section.
