PE Lateral Resume

Looking around the market after finishing my first year where I closed a deal. What’s the right amount of detail to share if deal was not publicly announced? Think my firm has a reputation for doing small deals (but this one was rather large), so think the TEV would help me, but also don’t want to come across as flippant with private information.

Also looking for examples of updated PE associate resumes (post-recruiting), ideally from those with ~1 year of experience. Curious how others have presented deals that were pursued but not closed (e.g. submitted bids/LOIs but ultimately lost).

Appreciate any examples or insights—updating my resume for first time since starting PE
