Please HELP!! Looking to transition into large commercial banking role

Hi all,

I just graduated from a non-target university and I'm waiting to hear back from WF about which city they are looking to transition me into for the FA program.

I am looking to receive some advice regarding anything I can do to improve my resume and be a little more competitive as I also search for competing opportunities, preferably with other large MM banks (JP Morgan, Bank of America, etc)

Thank you so much!
