Please help me with my Equity Research resume

Hi All,

I am looking for some assistance with my resume. I have actually tried to use the paid WSO service, however, they couldn't link me up to anyone it seems. Would be great to get any critique. Bit of background, i have about 5 years experience, largely in Big 4 audit, but also 8 months transaction experience through a secondment to the Transaction Services team where I performed due diligence for an IPO.

This is based in Australia, however, now i am looking to transition into Equity Research at the BB investment banks as two of my colleagues have made the same move. I've been declined for interview at a few spots (with one of them having gone through a recruiter for Morgan Stanley who referred me, but the actual bank declined to interview so i presume its my resume). I was also asked to interview for another BB IB, however, on the day of the interview they called and said they took someone, so I am guessing they asked me as a last resort, rather than considered me from the start.

The format i have taken is currently a detailed personal summary.. which kind of acts like a cover letter as well

Thanks for any help in advance

I cant seem to post a link and couldnt work out how to make an attachment but... its on pdf-archive and you can add the link below to the end
