actually pretty impressed with this resume for a sophomore. so many garbage resumes on this forum. 1. why no gpa? 2. kill the technical skills section. the stuff you have listed is bs and weak 3. combine interests and accomplishments. having an accomplishment section as a sophomore is arrogant as hell. you could try a format like armed exhibition drill (nationally ranked soloist) or something like that instead.
