You need to re-format your resume - Follow this link to see the proper format
Get rid of the summary
if your professional experience is quality, it should be above your education - you graduated 4 years ago
Get some extra info in the bottom section - Languages, computer skills, technical skills, hobbies, interests, volunteer work - something to add a bit of character
Most importantly, your bullets need to be redone - some of this comes from formatting, but a lot of it comes from context. Right now there are a ton of words on a paper, but it isn't telling me anything - most of your bullet points are empty - I don't see any results or impact for any of your responsibilities or projects, and I don't even see a lot of substance for your projects - you've got a lot of experience, but none of it looks impressive based on its current presentation.
