Someone will inevitably tell you to do this in a not-so-polite way, so I'll do it first.

Erase the entire page of nonsense intro and summary stuff that you have. No one at bigger companies takes it seriously, much less reads it.

Additionally, format your descriptions in a way that highlight the results of your work rather than the assignments. For example, in the "Manager," description, don't say that "My responsibility was ... xyz," instead state that "Accomplished xyz by q means, etc."

Furthermore, don't refer to yourself as a "qualified engineer," or "trusted professional," as it just sounds ridiculous. You're supposed to let the reader decide for him/her self what you are.

In my opinion, you should be able to remove some of the fluff from your job descriptors and move stuff from the highlights section into each respective job.

I suggest you take a look at some of the consulting resumes on here and on razume, then change yours to match the generally agreed-upon basic tenets of a successful pre-MBA resume: it's 1 page in length, is clear and concise, highlights accomplishments rather than tasks, and makes key QUANTIFIERS (GPA, performance metrics at your jobs, test results) plainly observable.

Good luck.
