Please Rip me like none other

Would like opinions on a non-target resume. I have always had a keen interest in financial markets, while having experience in small asset management firm, I'm trying to do anything and seek any advice to move up and seek better opportunities. I have started applying to different BB's toward their analyst positions, I have a family member at one so I could hopefully get my foot in the door. Listen, the more criticism the better, I'm trying to get where most of you are. I had an offer a ETF shop last year but decided to not accept to help my fathers business now ready to spread my wings.
