Please tear a teacher's resume apart! Critique Request!

Current first year TFA member applying to some of the partner organizations for next summer. Please be brutal and honest, but helpful. Looking to focus on the BB firms, and MBB as well.

Gracias! http://www.razume.com/documents/23091

*** EDIT ***

Took a couple of the suggestions in mind and edited it. Any other pointers?:

people know that SATs are scored out of 800. i'd think twice about working at a place where they don't know that. also, you have to quantify every achievement that is quantifiable. misallocated resources fixed? how much?

Your SATs are much too low to be teaching it. I'm shocked they'd let you administer prep when you wouldn't qualify for Kaplan/ PR. And personally I would take off ALANA, it makes it too obvious you're a URM, and that's the only reason you got into Cornell (If the poor SATs weren't already a tip off).

1) Get rid of the gray shading in section headers 2) Move your SAT scores to next to your GPA. Use the extra line to space our resume. It's looking like a huge block of text, which is not good for the tired analyst who will be shuffling through the resume pile 3) You can remove "Extra-Curricular" in the line where you list your activities. Just "Activities" is fine 4) Remove the "/800"
