Question regarding my cover letter for SA24 internships

Hi all, 

In my cover letter I want to say something like " ... I became fascinated with the strategy being mergers and acquisitions" - I am currently interning in m&a in Paris- .

I was wondering : should I specify "mergers and acquisitions" or should I just say Investment Banking to avoid missing an opportunity in other fields (ecm, dcm...) for this summer internship ?
