I was in the same camp when going through Big 4 recruiting. I don't think you should put it on, because I do think that other firms will be less willing to spend resources on recruiting you since they will assess their chances of landing you to be lower.
It's hard to say without knowing what the event was. That said, a 1-day event does seem less substantial, and therefore less likely to turn them off. I don't know how competitive Big 4 recruiting is where you are, but it was extremely competitive here. That said, I would be concerned that including it could be more harmful than good. You don't know how they will interpret it.
You obviously did something to impress this Big 4 firm enough to invite you to this event. Accordingly, keep doing that to impress the other firms. At the same time keep developing your relationships with those at the firm that invited you to the event. In my experience, once you have your foot in the door like that, as long as you keep working hard and impressing them, it's almost a guaranteed offer.
