RE Hopeful Resume Help - SBs in return

I've had little luck applying to anything RE-related due to the obvious weaknesses (no RE internship/degree). It's been something I wanted to do for long time due to my involvement in a family-run Construction business and watching my father invest in Residential. I read reports, self-taught myself basic modelling, try to network, etc.

I know there are multiple paths into REPE or Development shops, but what can I do more with this CV for entry-level positions in roles that are either already RE-related or can lead to that in a few years (Big 4, M&A, Valuations) ?

For what it's worth, undergrad GPA was bad, Master's GPA a completely different story, but due to the unique grading system, not sure whether or not to list it.

SBs for any constructive help.

Less so on the CV side, but I think with your experience you will have to simply hustle. Try to get connected with any alumni/family connections to get in touch with any kind of similar/adjacent experience such that you can keep closer and closer.

Worse comes to worse you will have to cold call firms to try get informational interviews and try get some more advice from people working on the inside.

Not the most helpful advice, but hopefully practical for you. Best of luck.

Are you looking to work in real estate in Europe (France in particular) or the United States? I'd assume they have vastly different cultures. If you're physically in Europe and are trying to get a real estate job in the U.S. then just forget about it--there is more than enough supply of domestic industry talent.

If you're looking in the U.S. I might be able to give some constructive critiques of your resume. If not, then I personally can't help. If you are looking in the U.S., then the first thing you need to do is get physically back in the U.S.
