Real estate resume

Recent graduate from a non target school looking to get into real estate. I know there's some great advice and knowledgeable people on this board and even some that are in the real estate industry, so just looking to get some opinions on my resume. I haven't had anyone look at it from school or anything, so I'm sure there's a lot to be fixed on it.

My only relevant work experience is an internship at a real estate development company that I'm currently doing. I have been meeting with people in the industry and just trying to network my way to a job, but it seems like there is not much out there. I'm looking for anything from lending, development, brokerage, acquisition, etc. Thanks in advance for your help.

Relevant coursework should go under GPA/university.

You have no ECs? No societies/activities?

Windows, Mac, MS Office are not technical skills, they are assumed to be known by people.

Leverage your work experience and quantify whenever possible remember to not only describe, but prove it too.
