Look if you're already editing your resume 20+ times it probably is just redundant editing. pretty good experience, format isnt so spectacular. 2013 recruiting is horrible though so goodluck.

 

The content is fine, where possible, use defined metrics for accomplishments. Pay someone $100 or so to professionally write and edit your resume. The formatting is weird and there are missing capital letters in places and the date formatting you are using is either unconventional or wrong. Also, there are inconsistencies in where you use spaces. Pay the money and just get it done correctly and you should be fine.
