Recent Grad Seeking an advice

Hello fellow WSO readers,

Brief background on myself A recent college grad from Penn State with okay GPA (3.81, Finance) and I just got my permanent residency in the US. I haven't been really networking through my undergrad which is my greatest regret at this moment. I had accounting internship in New York last summer in the small management company, administrative assistant experience in non-US government entity, and 2 years in the army (non-US as well) as an administrative clerk.

I feel devastated as I am not getting any replies from 80+ companies that I have actively applied for. The fact that I didn’t have an internship/experience in financial industries or have target school education seemed to be the largest factor. I knew that finding a full-time job for the recent grad is challenging but not being able to even get a single interview is really chocking me right now. I would really appreciate the feedback or advice from anyone who had similar experience or situation as a college undergrad.

Thank you.
