From a pure visual standpoint, it looks like there's a lot of wasted white space. Try formatting it differently to get all of your entries closer together. Check out the M&I site for their resume outlines.
The skills sections seems a bit odd to me. Personable and motivated aren't skills, those are just personality traits and those shouldn't be included, but rather demonstrated in the interview and reflected in the activities/experiences you partake in.
Also, I would work on the general format (M&I, as mentioned) is a great reference point and then you can add your own personal touch with fonts/bolding/italics (within reason) to make it easy to follow and read. I would move the locations to the right side of the page, either above or below the dates of each activity. That way the name of the firm and your role stand out on their own and then further info of when/where can be found across the page.
Also, I wouldn't use a header for personal interests. Maybe just group Skills//interests together and organize it that way.
Can you expand on your work experience to fill out the resume a bit more? I would just try to liven up the vocab a bit and get more out of each bullet point. Using words like competent, repeating words (performed/assisted) won't make you stand out. Remember you are trying to sell yourself.
