I don't understand the "College Specialization" and "College Minor" ... makes it look like you majored in 5 subject areas and minored in 3

Is it worth putting down? I haven't been asked once about my GPA at interviews.
Agreed, you can list out your major and minor under education. Instead, you can have relevant coursework instead of the college specialization and college minor section. Also you listed that you were an investment banking club officer. Perhaps, you can indicate what position you held and what responsibilites you had. It would be good to have a leadership section.
