Hi all - first time poster so you know that I’m down bad here. Is there a resume resource so that resumes are optimized for screening? I’m using NW business school format. I’m confident in my grammar and sentence formation. I’d pay big money to have someone review it. I feel like I’m leaving something on the table (which I cannot stand) in terms of representing myself. I’m just sick and tired of submitting applications into these black holes monitored by algorithms without any answer. :(
