Resume Advice - Add a line to specify the recipient?

Hey y'all, thanks for tuning in. This is a question about whether to add a line specifying the recipient to this resume - something like this in the bottom of the page, perhaps in italic and in greyish color: This resume is for Gold Morgan Bank or This resume is a part of NAME's application to GMB in May 2020 If you have better advice, feel free to chime in!

I know this is rather unconventional and I have never seen such advice from any resume guide. However, I thought this might be necessary for me, and I would like to hear from you.

Why I am thinking about doing this? It appears to me that some party(s) has acquired older versions of my resume and is sending it on my behalf, without my authorization (not in a beneficial way! (I would be more than happy if someone circulate it withing their connections)). I am afraid of the potential damage to my reputation and identity theft.
