Resume advice for moving from accounting into finance

I am currently in public accounting doing audit work for RSM US LLP (fifth largest firm by most measures) and am looking to move into the finance industry. Specifically into asset management as a Research Analyst or Consultant. What tips do you recommend for getting my resume suited in order to impress potential employers?
