Resume advice + What jobs

Hey WSO,
Basically I'm moving to NY from Ireland this weekend and I have changed my resume accordingly.
I am fairly open to what positions/areas I work so long that they will be seen as good experience in the future. To be honest the broader, the better.
As this isn't my normal resume layout I would love if people could take a few minutes to critique it.
Following this any recommendations on job types/positions/levels/ and firm sizes to focus on would be greatly appreciated. I think I would be very well suited to ST but equally would love an opportunity to explore management consulting. I want to use this as an opportunity to experience any finance related position not including tech/software development etc.

Many thanks

Make all fonts same size. Just do select all and make it happen.

Get rid of HS stuff.

Put the academic scholarship as a bullet under your university

Are your final grades in? If so, change "current GPA 3.45" to GPA: 3.45/4.00"

I'm confused about your degree and your major, which I think is just a different between American and Irish universities. Here if someone gets a "Bachelors of Science in mathematics" their major is math. So having your Bsc/ Economics and Finance with 'Major in Mathematics and Statistics' below it as a bullet might lead to some confusion in the US

Delete the 'Page 1 of 1' at the bottom. Not needed.

Add some quantifiable information to your work experience. It's a bit empty and dry right now. Look at the M&A information about making work experience stand out

Do you still play rugby? If so, keep that in. If not, people really don't care about sports you stopped playing as a teenager/4 years ago

You have a good base, but other than some formatting issues, your biggest area to focus on is beefing up some of those bullets for your jobs. For instance, under your cook job, put "Managed a kitchen staff of X in a restaurant that served over 500 customers a week with revenue in excess of $10,000 a week including ordering, scheduling, training, preparation and safety" or "Created new dishes that increased weekday lunch sales by 25% while maintaining margins over 50%"

Best of luck in your job search and welcome to NYC!
