Resume and Cover letters from people who got hired at top consultancies

I am doing a study on the best resumes and cover letters to get you a job at a top consultancy firm (Booz, McKinsey, BCG, Bain, etc) so what I am doing is that I am gathering as much CVs and Cover Letters from people who recently got hired (within the last 3 years) to understand the trends of what makes a successful resume or cover letter. So if you got any CVs or Cover letters that you can send me that actually got them the job, I would really appreciate it.
