Resume Critique - Career Changer

Hello,

I'm looking to break into the finance industry and I need some resume advice.

Currently, I'm working at a large aerospace/defense company focusing on operations/manufacturing (first thing listed in experience). I graduated from an ivy and the few blocked out titles are engineering focused teams with leadership experience in while in ugrad.

From what I'm seeing so far, it looks like my format doesn't match all the others... is that a auto ding? I like the way it looks though.

I've been doing a fair amount of self-study and have become knowledgeable on financial topics (studying for the CFA)... do you think I can write something about that in the Related Skills section? Personally, I think it's risky.

I'll upload my cover letter in a bit, here's my resume...
