It's something I put on about half of my resume submits... Had some interesting convos with it though, especially with guys who are big basketball/jordan fans.

 

From my experience, MS Office under skills is more of a liability than a value added point. It is implied that all candidates have a general knowledge, and unless you really are and expert, then I would consider removing it. One of my friends had MS Office on his resume', and he got grilled of IFERROR statements, logical tests, and shortcut keys. Granted, not every firm will grill you on this, but it can still be a big risk.
