All - I am looking to move geographies / industries and hoping to get some feedback on my resume. I feel like given I am in a smaller market with a dominant industry, I haven't really had to rest on the laurels of my resume in a while (ie interviewing through contacts etc where resume is a bit of an afterthought) and as such I think its not currently in too great shape but I am struggling to figure out what to do to spruce it up a bit. Appreciate any suggestions y'all might have.
