Resume Help - Wholesaler or Inst Sales - Rip it

Hi WSO, I just joined last week and I wish I found this site years ago. I'm looking for resume help in wholesaling or institutional sales. My concern is the resume is too long. Would it be better to keep to one page and shorten the descriptions or add more details for key experience to help fill out page two.

Also, any thoughts on making the jump from wholesaling to IB? I do have several networking contacts for west-coast IB firms, but no experience.
